What PurchaseAtlas Does
PurchaseAtlas helps you explore your own Amazon purchase history export in your browser. You can also choose to sign in and submit selected summary stats to public leaderboards.
Local Report Processing
PurchaseAtlas processes your Amazon order archive locally in your browser. Your uploaded archive, order history, product names, prices, dates, totals, and report contents are not uploaded to our servers for report generation.
PurchaseAtlas may save a derived report locally in your browser so you can refresh or return later without selecting the file again. This local report stays on your device/browser unless you close or clear it.
Anonymous Usage Counts
When a real local report successfully loads, PurchaseAtlas sends a small anonymous usage ping so we can understand basic site usage. This ping records that a report was loaded and increments a daily count.
This usage ping does not include your Amazon archive, report data, product names, order totals, prices, dates, email address, user ID, or leaderboard information.
Information We Collect If You Use The Leaderboard
If you sign in to the leaderboard, PurchaseAtlas may collect your email address for authentication and account management, a public display name, a generated public user ID, selected leaderboard statistics, limited public item data used for item leaderboards such as ASIN, product title, price, or count when applicable, and timestamps such as lastSubmittedAt.
Information That May Be Public
Public leaderboard data may include your display name, rank, public leaderboard stats, generated public user ID, selected item leaderboard data, and last submitted date. Email addresses are not shown publicly.
Information We Do Not Collect Or Upload
PurchaseAtlas does not upload your Amazon ZIP file, raw CSV rows, full order history, addresses, payment details, order IDs, or full purchase archive to PurchaseAtlas servers for local report generation. PurchaseAtlas does not sell personal information.
How We Use Information
PurchaseAtlas uses the anonymous usage count to understand basic site usage. PurchaseAtlas uses leaderboard information separately to authenticate leaderboard users, create and update public leaderboard entries, show public rankings, help users update or remove their leaderboard data, and operate the service.
Service Providers
PurchaseAtlas uses Firebase and Google services for authentication, hosting/functions, and database infrastructure. Those services may process information as needed to provide authentication, hosting, functions, database, and security-related infrastructure.
Cookies And Local Storage
PurchaseAtlas may use browser storage such as localStorage, sessionStorage, and IndexedDB to remember app state, restore a local report on your device, cache public leaderboard reads, and complete email sign-in flows. Firebase or Google services may also use cookies or similar technologies for authentication and security.
Data Retention
Local reports are stored only in your browser and may expire or be cleared from the app. Leaderboard data may remain available until you update it, remove it, or it is removed by PurchaseAtlas.
Deleting Your Data
You can remove leaderboard data and your leaderboard account from the profile panel. Removing leaderboard data does not delete a local report from your browser. Closing a local report does not remove leaderboard data.
For privacy or data removal requests, use the Contact form.
Children's Privacy
PurchaseAtlas is not intended for children. Do not use the leaderboard or submit information if you are not old enough to use online services in your location.
U.S.-Only Availability
Currently designed for US customers only. Users outside the United States should not use the leaderboard or submit information to PurchaseAtlas.

PurchaseAtlas may update this Privacy Policy over time. Changes will be posted on this page.
